Ximena is a senior marketing operator who has spent the last decade turning ambitious brand visions into work that moves people — and markets. Her practice sits at the intersection of cultural insight, premium positioning, and disciplined execution.

Before co-founding OPEN/FRAME, she led integrated campaigns across luxury real estate, financial services, and lifestyle — most recently as Senior Marketing Manager at Cross Street in Chicago, and previously as Marketing Projects Manager and Executive Assistant to the CMO at Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

At OPEN/FRAME, she leads brand strategy and creative direction — shaping the worlds clients step into and the language those worlds speak.

Before digital listings, before immersive tours, before artificial intelligence, Marc was a kid in the 80s riding in his father's car, helping stake Century 21 "For Sale" signs into front lawns across Chicago. His father owned a Century 21 franchise — real estate wasn't business, it was generational. Contracts at the kitchen table. Weekend showings. Buyers walking through empty homes trying to imagine a future.

As a second-generation realtor, Marc earned his license and spent 20+ years as an agent — mastering negotiation, marketing, and positioning. He also saw the inefficiencies: traditional staging worked, but it was expensive, slow, and legacy. In 2014 he founded Virtual Staging House, replacing moving furniture with moving pixels. Listings moved faster. Buyers visualized instantly. The work was featured in Inman News and CNN.

As AI began reshaping industries, Marc didn't observe it — he architected with it. Today he operates in the top 1% of applied AI adoption, integrating it into marketing infrastructure, visualization, automation, predictive workflows, and spatial intelligence. A paid keynote speaker and AI consultant, he's flown in by brokerages including SERHANT, Compass, Sotheby's, Keller Williams, and RE/MAX to show teams how to deploy AI to win listings and future-proof their business.
